Senior Solutions Architect – WFM/IEX
Job Description
Engage with clients in a consulting capacity, providing expert insights into industry standards and optimal practices. Manage client expectations and ensure their satisfaction. Recommend tailored configurations for NICE products based on industry benchmarks. Coordinate internal resources as needed to meet client objectives. Ensure that the client's desired business outcomes are successfully achieved. Provide technical configuration, offer best practice guidance, and deliver customized training programs. Collaborate with internal product management teams to prioritize and address client requirements effectively.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent professional experience. 2. Over 8 years of experience in customer engagement and industry roles. 3. 1-3 years of experience in Contact/Call Centers or Technical & Customer Support operations. 4. 3-5+ years of experience with WFM/IEX in a call center environment. 5. Strong command of the necessary technical skills, tools, and supporting technologies. 6. Ability to demonstrate strong confidence and expertise in the product area.
