About Indonesian Institute for Energy Economics

The Indonesian Institute for Energy Economics (IIEE), established in 1995 in Jakarta, is a non-government think-tank devoted to energy economic research. IIEE actively supports the management and benefit of energy resources. The institute conducts research and disseminates findings through reports, discussions, and workshops, aiming to improve national energy decisions and management. IIEE also engages in community activities, promoting electricity access in remote areas using local renewable resources and fostering awareness of energy efficiency, particularly among the younger generation.
