Working Student – Telephone Customer Support

Job Description

Become a student worker in telephonic customer service for a digital funeral service platform. You will provide telephone consultation and support to customers, answering inquiries via phone and email, record and maintain customer data in CRM systems, obtain quotes from partner companies, and work closely with the internal team.

Qualifications

1. Must be currently enrolled in a degree program such as humanities, media, communication studies, or a comparable field. 2. Must have a professional, empathetic, and friendly phone manner. 3. Possess excellent communication skills and a high level of social competence. 4. Be confident using digital tools and have strong PC skills. 5. Must have very good written and spoken German skills. 6. Capable of working independently, in a structured, and reliable manner in a home office environment.
