Job Description

Join our team as a Workforce Planning & Analytics Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Power business segment. You will be responsible for building and implementing the workforce planning strategy, engaging with HR leadership, and driving data-driven insights into action. Your expertise will ensure accurate headcount forecasting, facilitate the adoption of HR reporting tools, and improve HR data literacy within the organization. This is an opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, coach HR professionals, and contribute to regular business operating rhythms.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree (accredited), or High School Diploma/GED (accredited) with relevant experience in HR reporting and analytics, technology, or operations. 2. Proven experience in HR and/or Finance, applying data to solve complex problems. 3. Hands-on experience in quantitative data validation, analysis, and interpretation with multinational companies using Workday and Tableau. 4. Experience in HR strategic planning and implementation. 5. Knowledge of sensitive data protection. 6. Strong influencing skills.
