Job Description

Seeking a Workday Test Analyst to lead testing across Workday Payroll, HCM, and Security modules. Ensure top-notch configuration, upgrades, and releases. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and cross-functional teams to define testing scope, develop test cases, execute tests, and validate results. Responsibilities include data validation, integration testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and parallel payroll testing. Track defects, document issues, and verify resolutions in JIRA. Build and maintain test artifacts, analyze root causes, and provide testing status reports.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. 2. 3+ years of hands-on Workday testing experience, including Payroll, HCM, and Security modules. 3. Demonstrated experience with test planning and execution frameworks. 4. Experience with testing tools (e.g., JIRA) and SDLC methodologies. 5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
