Job Description

Seeking a Workday Systems Analyst to manage and support Workday modules for Shriners Children's. Responsibilities include configuring Workday HCM across Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Learning, and Talent. Also involves managing Workday Financials across General Ledger, Banking & Settlements, Procurement, Expenses, and Accounting Center. The role requires managing condition rules, validations, business processes, and security assignments for HR and Finance-related functionality. Configuration documentation, version control, and support for Workday service requests are essential.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in Workday Finance and Supply Chain modules. 2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. 3. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 4. 2-5 years of Workday configuration and support experience with at least two modules.
