Job Description

We're seeking a Workday Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Expert to provide comprehensive support to our Payroll and Compensation & Benefits teams. This role involves defining processes, analyzing efficiencies, and implementing creative solutions through testing. Collaboration with key stakeholders is essential to identify potential enhancements and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications

1. Workday SME is required. 2. Possess an excellent understanding of HR processes related to payroll, compensation, and benefits. 3. Have previous experience using Workday Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits systems. 4. Demonstrate the ability to configure the system effectively. 5. Exhibit advanced analytical and technical skills. 6. Have previous involvement in building Merit Review processes, Time & Attendance, and Absence feeding into Workday Payroll. 7. A Workday certification is beneficial. 8. Have excellent oral and written communication skills. 9. Possess experience in managing stakeholders confidently. 10. Provide evidence of collaboration and contribution to previous work environments. 11. Able to self-manage confidently with good personal productivity and self-motivation. 12. Understand the value of a project plan, adhere to established processes and standards, monitor the progress of tasks against the plan, and report status to appropriate team members.
