Workday Architect

Job Description

Shriners Children's seeks a skilled Workday Architect to lead strategic planning for Workday upgrades and new functionality. This role involves designing and configuring Workday HCM across Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Learning, Talent, and Recruiting. The architect will also lead the design and configuration of Workday Financials covering General Ledger, Banking & Settlements, Procurement, Expenses, and Accounting Center. Responsibilities include managing condition rules, validations, business processes, and security assignments for HR and Finance-related functions. Additionally, the role involves designing and configuring Workday Supply Chain modules like Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Accounts, and Strategic Sourcing. The architect will provide support for Workday service requests, resolve functional problems, and partner with HR, Finance, and Supply Chain to analyze process inefficiencies and implement Workday-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

1. Strong knowledge of at least two Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, FDM, or Supply Chain). 2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 3. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 4. 8-10 years of experience with Workday configuring and supporting at least two modules (preferred). 5. Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and integration frameworks (preferred).
