Join our team as a Workday AMS Talent & Learning Consultant, where you'll be at the forefront of providing ongoing support, configuration, and enhancements for Workday HCM solutions. You will establish strong relationships with clients, provide expert advice, and lead the configuration of complex initiatives, guiding clients through testing phases. Enhance your leadership skills by mentoring junior consultants, fostering their capability development. Proactively anticipate dependencies and address maintenance concerns to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

1. Workday certification or extensive hands-on experience in configuring Talent and another functional area is essential. 2. A solid understanding of related Workday functional areas is required. 3. Proven success in client-facing consulting roles or within a client-side HRIS team is necessary. 4. Must possess strong customer engagement and communication skills. 5. Commercial awareness and understanding of consulting project dynamics are vital. 6. Demonstrated ability to manage service delivery risk and effectively lead cross-functional workshops.
