Job Description

We are seeking a skilled WMS Consultant to lead and support the implementation and configuration of Warehouse Management Systems. In this role, you will: 1. Spearhead and assist in WMS implementation projects from start to finish. 2. Examine business, functional, and integration needs to create efficient WMS solutions. 3. Set up key WMS modules, including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns, Picking, and Shipping. 4. Work with internal and client teams to create custom logic using client configuration and extensibility tools. 5. Support API testing using tools like Postman and manage system integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS, and MHE/automation systems. 6. Develop, review, refine, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures within relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL. 7. Conduct root-cause analysis, debugging, and performance optimization for queries, stored procedures, indexing, and execution plans. 8. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders during SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live phases. 9. Resolve production issues and address both functional and technical problems within defined SLAs. 10. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. 11. Keep detailed and high-quality documentation, including technical designs, test plans, runbooks, and configuration records. Qualifications

To excel in this WMS Consultant role, you should have: 1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2. 3-5 years of experience in WMS implementations or supply chain execution systems. 3. A strong techno-functional background in any WMS platform. 4. A deep understanding of warehouse workflows, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns. 5. Advanced proficiency in SQL, including designing and optimizing stored procedures, complex queries, indexing, and performance tuning on relational databases like Oracle and MySQL. 6. Experience with API testing tools and system integrations (ERP/OMS/TMS/MHE). 7. Demonstrable troubleshooting and debugging skills across application, integration, and data layers. 8. Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills. 9. The ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
