Job Description
As a Student AI Sales, you will: * Generate leads & cold calling: Research suitable companies and actively contact them by phone. * Cold mailing: Use AI to find the right hook for outreach and formulate personal emails to suitable contacts. * Needs analysis: Discover the challenges companies face in discussions with potential partners and explain briefly and clearly how our platform can help. * Schedule appointments: Qualify interested parties and arrange appointments for our sales team – your leads are the first step to new customers. * Support sales processes: Work closely with marketing and sales, contribute ideas for campaigns and help to constantly improve our approach.
Qualifications
As a Student AI Sales, you need: 1. Motivation: You are enthusiastic about sales and want to learn how modern B2B sales works in an AI startup. 2. Communication skills: You approach people openly, remain friendly and convincing – on the phone as well as via email or LinkedIn. 3. Organization: You work in a structured manner, keep track of your leads and never lose track, even with many conversations. 4. AI-First-Mindset: You are interested in new technologies and want to understand how AI is changing the everyday working lives of companies. 5. Initiative: You think along, contribute ideas and tackle things pragmatically – even if you are new to the topic. 6. Language: You speak fluent German (C1+) and good English.
