Job Description
Join Altour as a VP, Service Delivery, and lead our service delivery team to drive growth. Enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction within a Travel Management Company. Develop service strategies, manage vendor relationships, and support sales with emerging technologies. Collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional customer strategies and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Foster subordinate development through training and coaching.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 10 years leadership experience in a Travel Management Company. 2. Over 5 years in process improvement and contact center management. 3. Strong knowledge of ACD Technology and Workforce Management Systems. 4. Comprehensive understanding of GDS systems, travel agency booking tools, and back-office solutions. 5. Expertise in financial reports, modeling, and workforce optimization. 6. Proven strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. 7. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and projects. 8. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. 9. Proven track record in meeting budget objectives and fostering teamwork.
