VP of Global Accounts – Latin America

Job Description

Strengthening the Shaw Industries Commercial Brand (Shaw Contract and Patcraft) in Latin America is a key responsibility. This role involves coordinating sales planning, account management, and business development with Latin American, International Global Accounts, and Sales Management Teams. Communication across all brands is essential, ensuring aligned efforts with Commercial Account Executives, Global VPSAs, aligned dealers, and Marketing Management. Establishing new Global and Strategic Accounts, expanding existing relationships, and maximizing potential are critical. The role also includes researching and mapping accounts, acting as a communication hub, and driving sales in non-hospitality segments. Building relationships with sales management, coordinating meetings and training, utilizing sales automation tools, and strategic involvement in RFPs and contracts are all part of this role. Regular travel throughout Latin America is required to build relationships and gather market intelligence.

Qualifications

1. Requires three or more years of experience in the commercial interiors industry, working with Architectural Design Firms, product distribution channels, and Multinational Companies. 2. Proven selling experience with a history of sales performance growth. 3. Must possess leadership and lateral influence skills. 4. Ability to travel extensively throughout Latin America is essential. 5. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. 6. Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences, including dealer partners, A&D professionals, and end-users. 7. Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships across diverse cultures and stakeholder groups with an inclusive, servant-leadership approach.
