Job Description

Lead the data strategy for the enterprise through cutting-edge modernization and seamless integration techniques. Unify diverse teams, including Data Engineering, Data Science, Revenue Analytics, and Business Intelligence, into a synergistic, high-performing organization. Implement architectural stabilization and ensure clear governance across all company divisions. Execute a comprehensive, multi-year plan focused on democratizing data consumption throughout the company. Enhance decision-making speed and boost revenue-generating capabilities by ensuring data reliability and trustworthiness. Establish clear, unified performance indicators across all departments to drive alignment. Oversee applied data science initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of sophisticated models into core product functions.

Qualifications

1. Possess 15+ years of progressive experience in data leadership, including 5+ years at the VP/SVP level, leading multidisciplinary teams in data engineering, analytics, and data science. 2. Proven track record of influencing C-suite executives and public company boards to secure investments and implement enterprise-scale data transformation initiatives. 3. Solid foundational experience in database architecture, data engineering, or data platform design. 4. Demonstrated ability to guide and evaluate enterprise data platform decisions related to storage, compute, orchestration, and semantic modeling. 5. Experience in selecting and advancing data stack components based on evolving business needs and scalability requirements. 6. Working knowledge of the systems, data infrastructure, and experimentation frameworks required for AI/ML initiatives. 7. Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or possess equivalent practical experience. 8. An advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA) is advantageous but not essential.
