VP – General Manager

Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP - General Manager to lead operational and growth strategies at Honest Health. This role involves overseeing program development, managing partnerships, and driving performance improvements in a value-based care model. The ideal candidate will foster strong relationships with health plan leadership and ensure clinical teams are focused on patient needs while representing the Honest brand in the community.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. 2. Must have 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations and value-based risk contracts under capitated arrangements. 3. Experience with Medicare Advantage health plan offerings and managing populations with chronic conditions is essential. 4. Familiarity with commercial value-based arrangements, including shared savings and risk models. 5. Extensive P&L experience with demonstrated success in budget management and key performance indicators. 6. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time. 7. Must have executive presence and a collaborative mindset to work with multiple stakeholders. 8. A resourceful self-starter is needed, capable of building operational dashboards. 9. A solution-oriented mindset and work approach are crucial. 10. A cultural ambassador who can effectively communicate and engage all levels of employees. 11. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with strong communication skills is necessary. 12. Experience with Tableau for manipulating reports and dashboards is a plus.
