Job Description
Empower is seeking a VP of Financial Wellness and Benefits to lead integrated marketing strategies aligned with enterprise goals. This role involves shaping clear positioning that connects health, wealth, and advice solutions, translating complex offerings into human-centered narratives. Key responsibilities include developing and executing go-to-market strategies, establishing success metrics, guiding consistent execution across marketing efforts, and partnering with sales to deliver effective enablement tools. The VP will also simplify marketing collateral, use performance data to optimize strategy, and lead/develop marketing leaders.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus. 2. 10+ years of experience in marketing, product, sales, or related fields. 3. Senior-level marketing leadership experience in financial services, benefits, healthcare, or similar industries. 4. Experience leading portfolio-level or multi-solution marketing teams. 5. Strong ability to turn strategy into clear, effective execution. 6. Experience building integrated go-to-market strategies within enterprise environments. 7. Strong prioritization, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills. 8. Ability to simplify complex and regulated offerings for diverse audiences. 9. Clear communication and presentation skills across executive and partner groups. 10. Experience working across matrixed organizations.
