VP Enterprise AI Enablement

Job Description

EnerSys seeks a visionary VP to spearhead enterprise AI. This executive will craft and execute a multi-year AI roadmap, aligning it with EnerSys's strategic goals for growth, productivity, quality, safety, and risk management. They will advise top leadership on AI trends, establish responsible AI standards, and govern AI investments. The VP will manage a global AI portfolio, driving initiatives from concept to production. They will define and track AI value metrics, recalibrating the roadmap as needed. Cross-functional orchestration, dependency resolution, and workforce enablement are key. They'll lead a high-performing AI organization, fostering accountability and collaboration.

Qualifications

1. 10+ years leading enterprise-scale transformations or digital programs. 2. Proven experience building enterprise-level capabilities globally. 3. Demonstrated success partnering with executives on investment and governance. 4. Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate clearly. 5. Background working with consulting partners. 6. Deep exposure to AI, analytics, or data-driven platforms. 7. Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
