Job Description

Lead the enterprise digital expansion strategy to significantly impact pipeline, revenue, retention, and customer lifecycle. Act as a strategic advisor to marketing and GTM leaders, influencing digital activation strategies like channel mix, audience segmentation, and budget allocation. Oversee global web and digital experience strategy, including UX/UI, SEO, and experimentation to optimize conversion. Improve performance marketing and digital demand generation across paid and owned channels globally. Design lifecycle marketing programs to drive engagement through data-driven segmentation. Oversee marketing automation and digital tech, ensuring alignment with Revenue Operations. Establish analytics and performance measurement frameworks, linking digital activity to revenue outcomes. Build and lead a high-performing global team to drive execution excellence.

Qualifications

1. 12+ years in B2B marketing, with leadership experience in digital, demand generation, or growth within a SaaS environment. 2. Proven track record of scaling digital growth strategies for customer expansion. 3. Expertise in performance marketing, web optimization (SEO/CRO), and marketing automation. 4. Strong experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise sales motions. 5. Ability to connect digital metrics to business outcomes. 6. Experience optimizing multi-channel digital ecosystems. 7. Analytical mindset with experience in attribution modeling. 8. Ability to lead high-performing teams. 9. Experience aligning with Revenue Operations and Sales. 10. Familiarity with modern martech and AI-driven marketing tools. 11. Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
