Job Description

Shape Alkami's customer experience as the VP of Customer Experience, leading operations and strategy. Leverage platform knowledge for key decisions, partner with Engineering and IT for tool implementation, and define core performance indicators. Champion a unified client view, identify inefficiencies, and mitigate operational risks.

Qualifications

1. 15 years’ relevant experience in SaaS, FinTech, or a Banking institution. 2. 12 years’ relevant experience with an advanced degree. 3. 7+ years of experience in strategic people leadership. 4. Strong skills in prioritizing, strategizing, and meeting deadlines. 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 6. Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for in-person meetings.
