VP, Corporate Executive Program
Job Description
Seeking a VP to spearhead the design, build, and national implementation of a corporate executive-focused wealth planning platform. This role involves identifying and cultivating national and regional opportunities for corporate executive planning, transforming a high-value client segment into a scalable and repeatable revenue engine. Key responsibilities include delivering customized planning solutions to corporate executives with complex equity compensation and liquidity requirements, boosting AUM, improving revenue per client, and creating a unique market presence. Training advisors to secure and assist executive clients, and crafting effective go-to-market strategies and messaging for executive segments are also critical. This position requires building a centralized specialist team to support advisors across the nation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. 2. 10+ years of experience in wealth management, with significant experience serving HNW/UHNW clients. 3. Demonstrated expertise in equity compensation (RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, ESPPs), concentrated stock and diversification strategies, and tax-aware financial planning. 4. Proven ability to build and expand a new business line, platform, or specialty offering. 5. Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders. 6. FINRA licenses (Series 7/63/65/66) or willingness to obtain them. 7. Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing strategic partnerships. 8. Strong understanding of the RIA model and wealth management industry. 9. Ability to travel nationally as needed. 10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 11. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 12. Familiarity with Salesforce and Workday preferred.
