VP Business Transformation

Job Description

Lead business transformation initiatives that boost business unit growth and deliver tangible results through structured execution and strategic alignment. Partner with divisional and functional leaders to pinpoint and prioritize key, enterprise-level initiatives that propel organizational goals forward. Design and execute transformation programs by aligning cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth operations and strategic alignment. Collaborate with Technology, Data, and Architecture leaders to develop fit-for-purpose future states that balance business needs, speed to value, and long-term scalability. Drive adoption and cultural alignment by implementing proactive change management strategies and engaging stakeholders across all levels.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field is preferred. 2. A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in business transformation, including several years in a management role with substantial business impact, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3. Proven experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation roles within B2B environments is essential. 4. Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) is highly advantageous.
