Voice Operations Specialist
Job Description
Join Wildix as a Voice Operations Specialist and take charge of managing number porting processes. Ensure high accuracy in preparing and submitting porting orders and DID requests to carriers. Utilize carrier portals and internal systems for efficient porting request management, ensuring data integrity. Review and validate documentation to meet carrier requirements and proactively resolve any issues. Provide timely status updates, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain documentation. Your expertise will enhance customer experience and streamline operations in a remote setting.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or customer care, preferably in telecommunications 2. Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar tools 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities 5. Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment 6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team 7. Fluent English (written and spoken) 8. Bonus Points If You Have troubleshooting and technical skills 9. Have experience with DID porting and number ordering processes 10. Speak German at minimum B2 level
