Job Description
Seeking a Virtual Assistant to support UK-based clients. Responsibilities include managing emails and calendars, scheduling appointments, data entry, document preparation, online research, report compilation, and professional communication. The role also involves assisting with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, updating spreadsheets, databases, and project tracking tools, alongside ad hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications
1. Matric certificate or equivalent. 2. Strong English communication skills. 3. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 5. Comfortable working independently remotely. 6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 7. Reliable laptop or desktop computer. 8. Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps). 9. Quiet, dedicated home workspace. 10. Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended).
