Vice President, Sales
Job Description
Take ownership and consistently exceed annual sales targets by cultivating and securing a robust pipeline of new banking prospects. Develop and implement a comprehensive territory account strategy to achieve goals and expand the customer base through proactive prospecting for both short-term and long-term opportunities. Foster, strengthen, and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders to ensure lasting customer satisfaction and retention. Partner with customers to gain a deep understanding of their needs and develop effective market strategies. Clearly communicate CSI's value through compelling, executive-ready proposals and presentations. Provide precise and timely forecasting and performance updates. Collaborate effectively with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Implementation teams to advance deals and drive sales success. Stay informed about fintech and banking trends to enhance our competitive position and excel in the market.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2. 10 years of experience in sales 3. 5 years of experience leading enterprise or complex sales cycles 4. Must have experience in software sales selling into the banking industry 5. Demonstrated success building a territory, pipeline, or book of business from the ground up 6. Preferred experience in the Fintech industry 7. Ability to set priorities and execute with discipline 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical solutions to diverse audiences 9. Self-motivated and detail-oriented 10. Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines 11. Collaborative and receptive to constructive feedback 12. Frequent travel is required
