Vice President, Policy and Performance
Job Description
Take the lead in shaping Acelero Learning's policy and performance strategy, ensuring clarity and consistency across various operational areas. Steer the direction of organizational data governance and reporting infrastructure, collaborating closely with technology and cross-functional teams. Enhance existing tools and systems to promote visibility and informed decision-making. Provide oversight for the Training & Technical Assistance (TTA) and coaching framework to ensure quality implementation and drive continuous improvement. Define and diligently monitor critical performance and compliance metrics, creating tools that aid in better insights and decision processes. Conduct at least three annual site visits to assess implementation effectiveness and assist in ongoing performance enhancements. Manage and nurture a high-performing team, focusing on delivering timely, precise, and high-quality results.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in education, data science, social sciences, or a related field. 2. Over 5 years of proven success in policy development and technology-driven reporting within Head Start. 3. 5+ years of demonstrated success in policy development and technology-driven reporting 4. More than 3 years of experience managing operations for a multi-site organization, with a preference for early learning environments. 5. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or people leadership role. 6. Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings, approximately 25–30% of the time.
