Vice President – General Manager, EU North
Job Description
Establish the EU North operating entity from its start, including recruiting the core leadership team, setting up legal and infrastructure, and ensuring governance in coordination with International HQ. Lead the planning and execution of launches for infigratinib, encaleret, and subsequent pipeline assets across Nordic markets, carefully sequencing and pacing investments by country. Spearhead BridgeBio's engagement in market access, craft evidence strategies, and ensure organizational readiness in the UK and Ireland. Provide strategic direction on when and how to transition to active launch for each asset. Take full ownership of the cluster's P&L, encompassing forecasting, investment prioritization, risk management, and performance delivery across launch, pre-launch, and in-line periods. Develop and implement reimbursement and pricing strategies tailored to each national authority in the cluster. This includes early scientific advice, evidence planning, managed-entry agreements, and risk-sharing frameworks. Build and maintain strong relationships with leading cardiologists, endocrinologists, and skeletal dysplasia specialists across the cluster. Ensure BridgeBio is seen as the preferred scientific and clinical partner in ATTR-CM, achondroplasia, and ADH1/chronic hypoparathyroidism. The General Manager will personally engage in this effort as a senior, credible, and mission-driven figure. Establish BridgeBio as a trusted, long-term partner to patient organizations in the ATTR amyloidosis, achondroplasia, hypoparathyroidism, and ADH1 communities. Acknowledge that in rare disease, the patient's voice is key to access, policy influence, and our operating credibility, and lead accordingly. Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial Operations at International HQ to deliver a cohesive launch and pre-launch strategy across all three regions. Represent BridgeBio externally with integrity, engaging with national industry associations, compliance frameworks, and broader EU and national policy platforms. Anticipate macroeconomic, political, regulatory, and competitive trends in the region and translate these insights into actionable strategies for the business. Reinforce BridgeBio's core values in every hiring decision, partnership, and interaction.
