Vice President, Engagement Lead

Job Description

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Vice President, Engagement Lead to ensure service delivery meets contractual specifications. This role involves driving strategies for a competitive delivery model through expert talent and service innovation. The VP will lead global service operations, focusing on quality and consistency, and evaluate company performance in relation to contracts and delivery. This leader will recommend methods to increase performance and delivery standards, provide advice on proposals and ongoing projects, oversee delivery assurance reporting, and partner with legal and financial teams for compliance assessment. Additionally, they will direct and manage the budget, align processes and technology with company and customer needs, and organize Global Delivery resources with an orientation towards go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

1. Master's degree or equivalent 2. Twenty or more years of related experience 3. Fifteen or more years in a supervisory or management capacity 4. Experience working with product and services delivery in a global environment 5. Experience working in a global organization of size, scope and complexity 6. Experience working with management implications of various forms of financial data and contracts/service agreements
