Vibration Analyst

Job Description

Seeking a Vibration Analyst to conduct routine data collection on machinery using vibration analysis tools. Analyze vibration data to identify patterns and anomalies indicative of machine health. You'll provide detailed reports with maintenance recommendations, collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and preventive actions, and adhere to strict safety protocols. Stay informed on vibration analysis advancements and demonstrate technology solutions to potential clients, tailoring them to meet specific needs.

Qualifications

1. Mechanical/Electrical background with a strong understanding of machinery is essential. 2. Must hold a Vibration Analyst certification. 3. Proven proficiency in using vibration analysis software and tools. 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required. 5. Good communication skills are necessary for reporting and team collaboration. 6. Certification in other Condition Monitoring Technologies (Infrared, Ultrasound, Motion Amplification & Balancing) is preferred. 7. Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 applications and other computer tools are needed. 8. Proven experience in condition monitoring or a related industry is preferred.
