Vendor Manager
Job Description
Alimentiv is seeking a Vendor Manager (VM) to oversee the evaluation, integration, and performance of vendors for clinical research and medical imaging services, from initial selection to project completion. This role involves integrating new vendors into Alimentiv's network by establishing contractual requirements and performance expectations, managing timelines and budgets, and overseeing risk management activities. The VM ensures adherence to Alimentiv standard processes and service level agreements. This role also supports Vendor Leads (VLs) or acts as a Vendor Lead, facilitating effective communication and oversight.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of a post-secondary certificate/diploma plus 4-6 years of related experience. 2. Direct vendor or project management experience in a CRO, Biotech, or Pharma organization is preferred. 3. Clinical trial experience and experience overseeing vendor performance and risk management scenarios are preferred. 4. Financial and contractual management of vendors is experienced preferred. 5. The successful candidate must exhibit self-motivation with strong communication skills and a commitment to achieving positive results. Strong attention to detail and keenness to understand the importance of building collaborative relationships to achieve results. Ability to engage in continuous learning and self-development. Ability to continually foster teamwork.
