Vascular Therapy Development Specialist
Job Description
Medtronic is seeking a Vascular Therapy Development Specialist to deliver clinical expertise and procedural support for new vascular technologies. This role involves providing crucial case coverage for PVH carotid and thrombectomy procedures, as well as new vascular therapies. The specialist will support the adoption of new technologies through best practices, comprehensive training, and technical guidance. They will assess customer needs, address concerns, and collaborate with field teams to optimize case support and business execution. The role also includes supporting market development, driving growth in new accounts, providing clinical insight, educating medical staff, conducting hospital visits, and building strong relationships with clinicians.
Qualifications
1. High School Diploma with 8+ years relevant experience OR 2. Associate’s Degree with 6+ years relevant experience OR 3. Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years relevant experience. 4. Clinical Specialist expertise in carotid, embolic, and/or thrombectomy therapies. 5. Experience supporting new therapy adoption and driving utilization growth. 6. Strong medical device and vascular knowledge. 7. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 9. For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
