UX/UI Designer – Contractor

Job Description

Join ubbu as a UX/UI Designer and contribute to creating engaging educational coding platforms for children. As a UX/UI Designer, you will: - Translate briefs and user problems into clean, well-thought-out designs under guidance. - Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. - Contribute to and learn from the design system. - Iterate quickly based on feedback and communicate progress clearly. - Develop an eye for the visual language of the product. - Explore AI-assisted design tools as part of your day-to-day workflow.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have: 1. A good eye for visual craft, detail, and consistency. 2. Portfolio showcasing UX and UI work, personal or professional. 3. Eagerness to learn and comfort working in a fast-moving, feedback-driven environment. 4. Interest in how design and engineering connect. 5. Openness to exploring AI design tooling. 6. Clear communication skills, taking direction well and asking good questions. 7. A genuine interest in education and building products that matter.
