Job Description

CI&T is seeking a skilled UX/UI Analyst to enhance user interfaces. As a UX/UI Analyst, you will: * Design user interface screens and prototypes using Figma. * Contribute to defining user journeys, wireframes, and navigation flows. * Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and refine designs. * Uphold high-quality standards for screens, prototypes, and specifications. * Apply best practices for accessibility and usability to UI design across various devices.

Qualifications

To thrive as a UX/UI Analyst, you should have: 1. Strong Figma proficiency, including components, styles, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and development handoff. 2. The ability to translate product requirements and user needs into clear wireframes and interactive prototypes. 3. Experience conducting user research and defining user journeys based on insights. 4. Demonstrated ability to design intuitive, accessible, and responsive UI screens. 5. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on design outcomes. 6. Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders. 7. Familiarity with design systems and reusable components. 8. Strong attention to detail for consistency and visual hierarchy. 9. The ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple design tasks. 10. Basic understanding of accessibility and usability best practices. 11. Advanced English Level. 12. Experience conducting user research and journey mapping to translate insights into design solutions. 13. Develop and iterate wireframes and interactive prototypes that illustrate complete user flows. 14. Design UI components and screens in Figma, maintaining alignment with the design system. 15. Collaboration with product, technology, and business teams to align on requirements and outcomes. 16. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum) and cross-functional teamwork. 17. Basic knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices (WCAG) and applying them across devices. 18. Experience with evaluating UX metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to inform design decisions.
