UX Researcher

Job Description

Seeking a creative UX Researcher to refine user experiences for innovative consumer products. Your work will encompass understanding user behavior through competitor and market research, analyzing existing user interfaces, and creating wireframes and prototypes using tools like Visily or Figma. The role includes developing user personas, customer journey maps, and conducting usability studies to inform data-driven decisions. Collaboration with product managers, developers, and designers will be essential for seamless user experiences. You will test and validate design concepts through A/B testing, surveys, and analytics, documenting and presenting research findings to stakeholders, while staying updated with industry trends and UX best practices to refine our approach.

Qualifications

1. Must have 2+ years of experience in UX research and UI/UX design. 2. Must be proficient in Visily (preferred), Figma, and similar design tools. 3. Must have a strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), usability principles, and accessibility standards. 4. Must have experience conducting user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis. 5. Must have the ability to translate research insights into actionable recommendations. 6. Should have a basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). 7. Should have familiarity with A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar). 8. Must have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven UX decisions. 9. Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills. 10. Portfolio or case studies showcasing past research and wireframe designs are required.
