User Experience Researcher

Job Description

Akamai Technologies is seeking a User Experience Researcher to support AI infrastructure development. This role involves leading qualitative studies, including in-depth interviews, usability testing, and contextual inquiry. The researcher will design and analyze surveys, run A/B tests, build and maintain dashboards for behavioral analytics, and analyze user feedback and data to identify themes. Collaboration with designers and PMs is essential to shape research questions and drive user-centric product experiences.

Qualifications

1. Requires 12 years of experience in UX research, data analytics, or related fields. 2. Proficiency in qualitative research methods such as moderated interviews and concept testing. 3. Familiarity with quantitative methods, including survey design and statistical analysis. 4. Interest in or experience with AI/ML workflows. 5. Expertise in HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or a closely connected discipline is necessary.
