UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft user-centered digital experiences for both web and mobile platforms. This role involves designing intuitive interfaces, developing UX flows and wireframes, and creating high-fidelity UI designs for new features, focusing on enhancements. You will work on AI-powered features, including chatbots and agentic systems, ensuring they are user-friendly and effective. Responsibilities include conducting user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions. You will also ensure accessibility and usability best practices are implemented across all designs, collaborating with product managers, business analysts, and engineers. You will maintain design systems, guidelines, and documentation and support Agile delivery through participation in sprint planning, reviews, and design discussions.

Qualifications

1. 4+ years of experience in a UI/UX Designer position. 2. Expertise in crafting user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. 3. Experience in designing AI-driven features, such as chatbots and agentic systems. 4. Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into practical design solutions. 5. Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles. 6. Ability to collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams. 7. Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Abstract, and Miro. 8. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for developer collaboration. 9. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
