Trial Administrator
Job Description
As a Trial Administrator, your responsibilities include: Reviewing and processing new trial and loan equipment requests. Actively participating in the Tobii Dynavox Trial Department phone queue. Responding to inquiries via email, Teams chat, and voice mail. Answering customer questions regarding our loan programs. Entering new customer loan requests into the Order Management database. Following up on late loans regularly. Monitoring and reporting monthly trial and loaner transactions. Assisting with distribution and management of SC Demo and Trial inventories. Supporting the Intake Team as needed. Helping with inventory audits and database updates. Communicating with the Sales team through training, webinars, and other calls. Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1. High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 2. 2 years sales or customer service experience a plus. 3. Interpersonal skills. 4. Verbal and written communication skills. 5. Phoning skills etiquette. 6. MS Office Word and Excel, PowerPoint. 7. Organization skills. 8. Customer service orientation.
