Collaborate closely with internal partners to craft and manage efficient training schedules. Lead the development and presentation of specialized industry and skill-building programs. Construct training modules that prioritize the practical benefits of our products over conventional value-based methods. Engage with leading industry experts to leverage the latest trends and innovative platforms in learning. Establish robust systems for tracking outcomes and gathering participant feedback to continuously improve our training effectiveness. Define and monitor key performance indicators derived from training evaluations and achieved results. Organize and conduct product-focused training sessions, including showcases of new features. Align training efforts with marketing strategies to amplify demand. Identify key training objectives by thoroughly assessing overall organizational needs and pinpointing specific skill or knowledge deficiencies, ensuring our programs are precisely tailored to meet those needs.
Qualifications
1. A technical degree or a degree in Business, Manufacturing, or Engineering is highly desirable. 2. Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development or a closely related field. 3. Demonstrated experience in machining/metal cutting is essential. 4. Expertise in industry segments such as Aerospace, General Engineering, Transportation, Medical, and Energy is preferred. 5. A strong grasp of modern development and learning methodologies. 6. Familiarity with web-based educational platforms and contemporary teaching practices. 7. Excellent communication and presentation capabilities. 8. Exhibit influential leadership qualities with a commanding executive presence. 9. Proficiency in public speaking and adept project management skills. 10.
