Training Development Lead

Job Description

As a Training Development Lead, you will: * Oversee courseware development, encompassing design, publishing, testing, and deployment. * Provide technical guidance, instructional design expertise, and operational leadership for programs, ensuring project commitments are met. * Communicate and promote a global understanding of training strategies and objectives. * Manage deliverables according to approved plans and timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams in course design, development, and deployment. * Partner with business lines and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to proactively identify training needs and develop and deploy effective training programs. * Advise on processes, monitor training program compliance, and ensure programs are evaluated for effectiveness and customer satisfaction. * Develop metrics and performance measures, reporting, and analysis to meet business and regulatory needs; manage budgets for training projects. * Ensure compliance with training and education regulatory requirements and consistently implement best practices and standards globally to support inspection readiness.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, and/or clinical development. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions. 3. Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design. 4. Familiarity with the Clinical Research & Development, Pharmacovigilance, and/or Regulatory aspects of the pharmaceutical industry. 5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Articulate suite, and at least one of the following: Adobe, Vyond, or Camtasia.
