Job Description
We are seeking a Training and Onboarding Specialist to support our franchise operations through effective training initiatives. This role involves setting up new franchise offices in our learning system, managing webinars and breakout rooms during live virtual training sessions, and providing essential technical support. The specialist will address help desk tickets, troubleshoot issues, update and format training materials, and organize documents to ensure seamless data entry and accessibility.
Qualifications
1. Strong administrative and organizational skills are essential. 2. Excellent communication skills are required for coordinating virtual training sessions. 3. Must be tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting platform issues. 4. A customer service mindset is needed for handling help desk requests effectively. 5. Detail-oriented to maintain the accuracy of training materials. 6. Proactive and adaptable to improving existing processes. 7. Must be willing to work according to a US time zone schedule.
