Job Description

GFN GmbH is seeking a Trainer to oversee company-based project work and serve as the primary contact for both GFN internship host companies and all IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) matters. The role includes regular assignments as an instructor/lecturer in funded educational/training programs, focusing on system integration and IT career development.

Qualifications

1. Must have IHK trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO), an equivalent qualification, or willingness to obtain such certification. 2. Completed qualification as an IT specialist (Application Development) or IT specialist (System Integration), or a degree in IT. 3. Ideally, have experience with key IHK topics: final examinations under the new AO 2020 (AP1 and AP2), exam requirements, deadlines, admission criteria, and company project work. 4. Several years of professional experience in IT. 5. Teaching experience in adult education, preferably in funded training programs. 6. Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
