Trainee – Influencer Marketing

Job Description

Become an integral part of our team as a Trainee in Influencer Marketing. Gradually immerse yourself in the operational aspects of influencer campaigns, sales, and customer support. Take ownership of your own campaigns and clients, actively approaching brands and pitching suitable influencers. Engage in email and Zoom conversations with both clients and influencers. Negotiate prices, services, and frameworks, coordinating collaboration between brands and influencers. Manage social media within campaigns, organize, document projects, and analyze campaign performance.

Qualifications

1. Genuine interest in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, and digital business models. 2. Enthusiasm for communication, sales, and interacting with people. 3. Motivation for personal and professional development. 4. Independent and structured way of working. 5. Reliability, commitment, and an open-minded attitude. 6. Basic English skills for international communication. 7. Previous experience in marketing, influencer sphere, or sales is advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
