Serve as the expert on executive compensation, developing guidelines that maintain fairness and competitiveness. Responsibilities include market benchmarking, regulatory compliance, data accuracy, and building financial models for executive compensation and equity.
Qualifications
1. Requires 10+ years of compensation experience. 2. Must have a strong understanding of executive compensation structures. 3. Requires solid analytical skills and financial modeling experience. 4. Must have experience advising senior stakeholders. 5. Requires a good understanding of market practices and regulatory considerations. 6. Requires advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. 7. Experience with HRIS and compensation planning tools is needed. 8. Must have a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. 9. Requires strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. 10. Clear communication and presentation skills in English are essential. 11. Familiarity with AI tools is required.
