Job Description
Assist CCS and FLC sales teams in expanding sales efforts. Ensure the maintenance, loyalty, and growth of market share among existing clients. Train sales teams on clinical aspects related to resuscitation activities. Provide guidance and training to users. Support commercial development in collaboration with sales teams. Establish contact with key stakeholders in strategic departments of healthcare facilities. Liaise with Medical Affairs and Marketing for clinical study monitoring. Develop the resuscitation and intensive care product range. Promote and expand various partnerships in conjunction with commercial management. Maintain communication with sales directors. Provide regular action reports to commercial management.
Qualifications
1. State-recognized nursing diploma or state diploma as a nursing assistant. 2. Two years of experience as a nurse or nursing assistant, ideally in the operating room or in resuscitation. 3. Experience in a commercial field or as a trainer would be a plus. 4. Knowledge of the hospital environment and the healthcare sector. 5. Good knowledge of IT tools: Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce. 6. Excellent organizational and planning skills. 7. Good command of written and spoken English would be a plus. 8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 9. Ability to simplify and teach effectively.
