Territory Sales Specialist, GI – Western Michigan
Job Description
Drive business expansion within a broad geographical area, targeting key decision-makers to cultivate a robust network. Engage with healthcare professionals across medical specialties, delivering clear and concise messages in complex clinical scenarios. Periodic field travel is expected. Leverage data to optimize strategies and achieve maximum ROI, exceeding sales and profit targets. Maintain territory information via a CRM system. Travel as required, including air travel, is necessary for the role.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree 2. B2B sales experience 3. Ability to work independently and manage key account relationships 4. Demonstrated growth in sales while managing your own territory 5. Documented track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals 6. Business acumen and strong comprehension of difficult clinical information 7. Ability to articulate complex clinical messages to Healthcare Providers in real time situations 8. Excellent organization and time management skills 9. Outstanding oral and written communication skills 10. Strong presentation skills, including ability to present to teams/groups 11. Strong interpersonal and virtual engagement skills 12. Ability to work with a CRM tool (i.e., Veeva, Salesforce) 13. Independent, with an ability to work within a team 14. Strong Leadership Skills 15. Attention to detail and follow-through 16. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
