Job Description

We are seeking a Territory Sales Specialist to develop and implement a strategic business plan across a broad geographical area. Your main goal will be to effectively target, penetrate, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. You will engage with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals across various medical specialties. You'll be responsible for communicating clear and concise messages in complex clinical scenarios and make periodic field travel with internal stakeholders. In order to capitalize on opportunities and ensure ROI, we expect you to utilize data sources. You will be expected to achieve or exceed sales and profit goals, while tracking territory-specific information using a CRM system. Air travel will be required.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree is required for this role. 2. B2B sales experience is crucial. 3. Ability to work independently and nurture key account relationships. 4. Demonstrated track record of sales growth while managing your own territory. 5. Proven history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets. 6. Business acumen and strong understanding of complex clinical information. 7. Ability to clearly articulate intricate clinical messages to Healthcare Providers in real-time. 8. Excellent organization and time management abilities. 9. Outstanding verbal and written communication proficiencies. 10. Strong presentation skills, including the ability to present effectively to teams/groups. 11. Strong interpersonal and virtual engagement capabilities. 12. Proficiency in using a CRM tool (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce). 13. Independent work ethic with the ability to collaborate within a team. 14. Strong leadership qualities. 15. Attention to detail and follow-through. 16. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.).
