Territory Sales Manager

Job Description

Join us as a Territory Sales Manager and drive revenue growth in the Southern California market. Partner with the Regional Sales Director to develop and implement strategies that expand our brand presence. Lead, coach, and support the sales team to maximize performance and achieve sales targets. Assist in hiring and training new team members, manage key accounts, and ensure effective team communication. Oversee showroom operations and promote Exemplis brands through market development and product education. Gather market intelligence to support our business strategy and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. 2. 5+ years of outside sales experience in a B2B, project-based, or territory sales environment in Southern California. 3. Experience selling contract furniture or commercial furnishings, including managing dealer/distribution partnerships and project pipelines. 4. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects. 5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). 6. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly in Southern California. 7. Preferred: Experience selling into commercial, healthcare, education, or government markets. 8. Proven ability to develop product specifications with architects and designers.
