Territory Operations Manager

Job Description

Manage and refine documentation processes. Handle wholesale orders, monitor open orders, and address AOBS with effective solutions. Maintain detailed patient information and interaction logs using spreadsheets. Schedule patient fitting appointments and offer TM/ATM support as needed. Provide quarterly reviews to the RVP, highlighting key territory insights, challenges, and critical issues.

Qualifications

1. Excellent communication abilities for engaging with patients, staff, and medical professionals. 2. Strong time management skills, including prioritization, delegation, and decision-making. 3. Proficient in data entry, spreadsheet applications, and other relevant electronic tools.
