Job Description

Seeking a Territory Manager to boost sales revenue and profitability within the Southern FL market for Westlake Pipe & Fittings. The role involves meeting sales goals, promoting Certa-Lok restrained joint PVC product benefits, delivering presentations, and nurturing relationships with distributors, engineers, municipalities, and contractors. Stay updated on industry trends, manage sales data, cover the assigned territory, address customer issues, provide market analysis, and collaborate with various internal teams.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. 2. Current residency in the Tampa, Sarasota, or Bradenton, FL areas is essential. 3. Possess 3-5+ years of outside sales experience. 4. Multi-level sales experience is needed. 5. Self-motivated and team-focused. 6. Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills. 7. A proven track record of exceeding corporate goals. 8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 9. Technical skills and aptitude are needed; the ability to present technical concepts with hands-on demonstrations to customers. 10. Proficient in MS Office. 11. A valid driver’s license and a good DMV record are required.
