Job Description

As a Territory Manager at Hankook Tire America, you will: - Serve as the primary point of contact for the dealer network within your assigned geographic area. - Keep dealers informed about all essential Hankook programs, policies, and new product offerings. - Address and resolve dealer issues and concerns, ensuring excellent customer service. - Provide training and support to dealer personnel as needed. - Gather current market information and trends to maintain awareness of the competitive landscape. - Strengthen Hankook Tire's brand presence. - Prospect for new business opportunities. - Monitor territory sales performance and provide insights. - Submit all required reports in a timely manner. - Represent the company at industry trade shows. - Fulfill any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess: 1. A high school diploma (college degree preferred). 2. A minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience. 3. A valid driver's license. 4. Industry experience is essential. 5. Ability to travel 70% of the time. 6. Willingness to live or relocate to Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, or South Dakota.
