Job Description
Drive sales and achieve growth within the designated territory. Support healthcare professionals by delivering exceptional clinical education and assistance. Meet sales objectives and expand market presence. Handle consignment stock efficiently. Provide comprehensive support to physicians, nurses, and cardiac technicians regarding all CRM clinical requirements. Deliver informative clinical in-services to healthcare professionals. Cultivate strong customer relationships and involve senior leadership as needed. Proactively implement sales force effectiveness strategies. Utilize sales analysis tools for effective territory management. Maintain precise customer profiles. Contribute to product marketing efforts and launches. Offer valuable market feedback on product performance and competitor activities. Participate actively in the relevant on-call roster.
Qualifications
1. Possess tertiary qualifications in Medical, BioMed, Science, Nursing, or Business Management. 2. Prior experience in CRM, nursing, or Cathlab settings is advantageous. 3. Obtain and uphold Abbott-specified certification. 4. Demonstrate a passion for cardiology and delivering superior customer clinical service. 5. Exhibit a willingness to travel within the assigned region. 6. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and strive for excellence. 7. Maintain a valid driver’s license. 8. Possess exceptional communication, persuasion, and selling skills. 9. Willingness to relocate to Hobart.
